20 YEAR OLD FEMALE WITH YOUNG HYPERTENSION

20 year old female patient resident of sagar who is a BSE degree student came to the OPD on 10th November with complaints of high blood pressure
Patient was apparently asymptotic 1 year ago then she developed fever for which she went to the hospital.On examination her blood pressure was 170/90 mm of Hg, no further evaluation or follow up was done as they thought it was due to fever.
5 days ago she went to a dermatologist with complaint of hypo pigmented spots on upper back.Then on examination her blood pressure was 180/110mm of Hg.Then she was brought to our hospital by her elder sister and mother
No h/o headache
No h/o blurring of vision
No h/o decreased urine output
No h/o polyuria,polydypsia,polyplegia
Not a k/c/o HTN, CAD, CVA, Asthma,DM
Personal History :
Diet- mixed
Sleep- adequate
Appetite- normal
Bowel and bladder movements- regular
Addictions- none
Family history : Father and grandfather is a k/c/o HTN
